The 'Completed Missions' tab is where you'll find a list of all the Missions you have completed.
For a Mission completed right in-game, such as a survey, you will be awarded immediately and the Mission will then show in the Completed Missions list.
For a Mission that needs to be completed outside of our platform, such as a doctor visit, we require confirmation from your associated health plan. Once Motivv Health Studios receives this confirmation, which usually happens monthly, you'll be awarded the tickets for completing the Mission which will then show in the Completed Missions tab.
If you feel you have completed a Mission that hasn’t been awarded in a timely manner, please contact us below for assistance.
