HOW MUCH CAN I EARN?
You can earn up to $25 per year in CARE Card rewards* by collecting tickets and various activities! Here's the breakdown:
- Sign-Up: $5 for creating and verifying your account
- 4,000 Tickets: additional $5
- 7,000 Tickets: additional $5
- 9,000 Tickets: additional $5
- 10,000 Tickets: additional $5
*You must be an active AmeriHealth Caritas member to qualify and receive your rewards.
HOW DO I RECEIVE MY REWARDS?
You do not need to do anything once you’ve unlocked your reward. Here is how it works:
- A report is sent to AmeriHealth Caritas every Monday morning of all the rewards earned from the previous week.
- The rewards then get processed and loaded onto each member's CARE Card directly, which normally happens quickly.
- Members typically see the reward on their cards within a week once they are processed.

HOW DO I ACTIVATE MY CARE Card?
To activate your card, please call 1-888-682-2400 and follow the instructions. You can also activate your card by visiting My Benefits Center. You may need your health plan ID card with you to complete activation.
