From the 'Profile' tab you have the option of updating your email address, resetting your password, or turning on Touch / Face ID. From the PREFERENCES tab you can update your Account and Game notification preferences.
UPDATE EMAIL ADDRESS
To update your email address you will be asked to enter your current email address, and if accurate, you will need to enter the new email address you would like associated with your account. Make sure the new email address is accurate and your own, as you are responsible for protecting your account and User ID.
RESET PASSWORD
If you would like to reset your password you will first be asked to confirm that you would like your password reset. Once confirmed, you will receive an email with a password reset link to the email address associated with your account. If you don't receive this email, please check your junk or spam folder.
USE TOUCH / FACE ID ®
You may you choose to enable Touch / Face ID from your PROFILE if not done previously. Just tap the toggle for 'Use Touch / Face ID' to turn it on, which will then prompt you to re-enter your email address and password to verify your identity.
PREFERENCES
Update your Account and Game notification preferences by tapping the toggle on or off related to the preference. Your Account Notifications are related to your account information and profile, while your Game Notifications relate to game reminders, streaks and anything else related to the individual game.
YOUR ELIGIBILITY
If you are no longer associated with the health plan or sponsoring organization through whom you signed up -- such as changing health plans, terminating your membership, etc -- you will no longer have access to your account.
DEACTIVATING YOUR ACCOUNT
If you wish to deactivate your account, you may do so by visiting https://account.motivvhealthstudios.com. You will be required to sign in with your User ID to verify you identity before being able to deactivate your account. Additionally, you may submit a ticket to the Motivv Support Team below, or by contacting support@motivvhealthstudios.com for assistance. You may be requested to provide information necessary to confirm your identity before responding to your request.
Please note that even though you may deactivate your account or request the deletion of your account, we may be required (by law or otherwise, such as to prevent fraud, resolve disputes, or troubleshoot problems) to retain this information, but we will limit such retention to the minimum period required.
